These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") describe the policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your information when you use our website located at mycric.app, or the MyCric mobile application (collectively, "MyCric Platform") made available by BAAHIE TECH ("MyCric", "Company", "we", "us" and "our").

The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user of the MyCric Platform. The term "Services" refers to any services offered by MyCric whether on the MyCric Platform or otherwise.

Please read these Terms before using the MyCric Platform or submitting any personal information to MyCric. These Terms are a part of and incorporated within, and are to be read along with, the Terms of Use.

Your Consent

By using the MyCric Platform and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure, and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use or access the MyCric Platform.

Policy Changes

We may occasionally update these Terms, and such changes will be posted on this page. If we make any significant changes to these Terms, we will endeavor to provide you with reasonable notice of such changes, such as via prominent notice on the MyCric Platform or to your mobile number on record. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent.

To the extent permitted under the applicable law, your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about changes to these Terms shall constitute your consent to the updated Terms.

Information We Collect From You

We collect and process the following information about you:

Information you give us

This includes information submitted when you:

  • Account Creation: Create or update your MyCric account, which may include your name, organization name, phone number, and profile picture.
  • Camera Permissions: Provide camera access to scan team QR codes (e.g. to quickly register your team for tournaments or join matches). No raw feed or video recording is stored or transmitted.
  • Photo Library Permissions: Provide photo library access to upload or update user profile pictures, team profile banners, or save generated match scorecard posters and QR codes directly to your device.
  • Platform Content: Provide content to us, such as tournament details, team details, player details, contact information of players, and other information you provide on the MyCric Platform ("Your Content").
  • Transaction Info: Use our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number.
  • Support Communications: Correspond with MyCric for customer support.
  • Interactive Functions: Participate in interactive services offered by the MyCric Platform, such as discussion boards, competitions, promotions, surveys, social media functions, or make payments.
  • Technical Logs: Report problems for troubleshooting.

Uses of Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, personalize, maintain, and improve our products and services, such as creating player or organization profiles and maintaining statistics, history of matches, or tournaments.
  • To carry out obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide relevant information and services.
  • To administer and enhance the security of our MyCric Platform and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes.
  • To provide you with information about services we consider similar to those you are already using, have enquired about, or may interest you.
  • To understand user preferences and improve content and features of our Services.
  • To measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising and deliver relevant advertising to you.

Security Precautions

We implement appropriate technical and security measures to secure the information we collect. For example, SSL encryption with 2048-bit keys and tokenization services for sensitive data. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

Account Deletion & Data Retention

You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can initiate account deletion inside the application by navigating to the Profile Screen, opening the Account card, and tapping "Delete Account".

Upon successful deletion, all personal data (including name, email, mobile, password credentials, and images) will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our databases. In order to preserve statistical accuracy and match history for other participating players, matches and teams that you created or registered will be safely anonymized rather than deleted.

GDPR and CCPA Rights

Users have rights regarding access, rectification, deletion, or restriction of their data. For exercising these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Children's Information

The MyCric Platform does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If such information is found, it will be removed promptly upon notification.
